Gradelet Advertising and Marketing Ltd, trading as Gradelet Print Management has entered administration and been bought in a pre-packaged sale arrangement by its current director, Gavin Lee Page. Mr Page who is also sole director of Encore Catalogue Group Ltd has paid an initial consideration towards a deferred sum of £15,000 for the goodwill of the business and certain assets. The pre-pack arrangement was completed on the 30th April 2012. The new company will be known as Manchester Printers Ltd and this was incorporated on the 6th March 2012.
