Galacticos Win PPD Cup After Penalty Shoot Out

The second annual PPD Football Cup has been hailed a great success with over 100 players from the promotional products industry taking part in a fiercely fought 5-a-side tournament.
SPS Neverlusen and Fluid Galacticos contested a passionate and thrilling final which ended in a 2-2 draw with Galacticos winning the penalty shoot out 3-2.
In the Ladies’ competition, Bailey’s Ball Busters (Trade Only Ladies) were the winners with the SuPer Stars of SPS runners up.
The Men’s Plate Final was a keenly contested match with The Promotional Republic of Laltex FC City United overcoming the bpma Tigers 3 -0.
Andy Scott from SPS Neverlusen and Matt Franks from Fluid Galacticos were joint winners of the Golden Boot for most goals scored (16!).
