There are separate Mens and Ladies Competitions(for insurance reasons no mixed teams are allowed). All players must work within the promotional products industry – no ringers allowed!Team captains must register their team at 10.00, and there will be a team briefing at 10.30. Kick off is at 11.00 am.Each team is made up of seven players; five a side, plus two roll-on/off subs.Each team will be entered into a league and will play a series of 15 minute games against every team in their league.The top two teams from each league will then face the other league winners in the knockout stages, with penalties deciding who progresses in the event of level scores.Playing to FA small sided soccer rules. In addition to the main competition there will also be a Plate Competition - so if you’re knocked out early you might still walk away with an accolade!

What you need to bring

Teams to provide own strip (shin pads must be worn) and footwear. All other equipment will be provided.

Please note:

NO studded footwear or blades are permitted to be worn by any player in the tournament. Only training shoes and astro boots may be worn. Please click here for further clarification.

The wearing of any form of jewellery is not permitted during play.
