EMC Recognised for Customer Service for 4th Consecutive Year

EMC Advertising Gifts has been recognised for its excellent customer service with a new accreditation from Feefo.

The company, based in North London, have been awarded the Feefo Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation 2016 as a result of their consistently high customer service scores throughout the year.

Simon Kay, managing director of EMC, said: “We are absolutely delighted to announce our newest Feefo accreditation. To become a Gold Trusted Merchant, a business must receive over 100 feedback responses with an average service rating between 95% and 100%. Over the past year we have received 169 reviews with a 99.4% positive rating. Since we started using Feefo (in 2013) to gain genuine customer feedback we have consistently maintained a level of service in excess of their gold standard. These excellent ratings are testament to our customer focussed operation and the friendly, helpful and efficient team we have throughout the company.”

The ratings and reviews collated by Feefo are verified through sales data, which ensures that only customers who have genuinely completed a transaction with a business are invited to provide feedback.

Simon added: “As the accreditation is based solely on genuine customer views, it means it is a real accomplishment and is something we are incredibly pleased to have achieved.”
