The Digital Printer Awards 2016, held in November in London’s glamorous Marriott hotel, Grosvenor Square, saw hundreds of print companies congregate for one of the industry’s most prestigious award ceremonies.
It also saw design and marketing agency WeAre778 and print company Dayfold beat stiff competition from international brands such as World Wildlife Foundation and Sky to scoop the ‘Finishing’ award.
The plucky, south coast companies earned the prize for their efforts on a high-end brochure for Jigsaw Interior Architecture. The result, complete with bronze foiling and a stylish belly band, was designed to look like a swatch book – a witty nod to the interior design industry.
The brochure formed part of WeAre778’s rebranding project for Jigsaw Interior Architecture, as well as a new website, new stationery and a host of other marketing materials.
“We would like to congratulate both WeAre778 and Dayfold on their award win,” said Melissa Horne, Jigsaw’s managing director. “Jigsaw has been absolutely delighted with the level of work the two companies have produced for us. It is great to know that it is not just us who think the brochure is outstanding.”
