Altitude Group plc’s new supply agreements and notice of full year results

The Altitude Group, which provides innovative technology solutions for small to medium businesses, has announced two new North American supply agreements and the publication date of the results for the year which ended 31 December 2016.

The first agreement is with Market Brands LLC (“Market Brands”), which will be recruiting 100 new sales staff to target the creation of tens of thousands of branded web stores for small businesses throughout the USA. The stores will be powered by Altitude technology and fulfilled through Aprinta.

The second agreement is with a leading US Tier One manufacturer for the supply of print, signage and photo book products (‘print products’), enabling Altitude to add these to its technology and supply chain platform. These products will be added to the range of items which Altitude’s resellers will be able to offer through, the fully customisable promotional products web store.

Executive chairman Peter Hallett said: “Our strategy is to create a compelling offering for promotional product distributors to enable them to create online brand stores for every customer.

“These new agreements underline the commercially attractive nature of our business model and technology platform and we look forward to updating the market in due course as to their impact.”

In addition, Altitude will announce the results for the year which ended 31 December 2016 in the week commencing 8 May 2017.
