Pen suppliers extend their workforce

Two additions to the Senator family have been made official, with Emma Bird and Cloe Docking taking roles in the customer service and marketing departments.

Emma will take on an advisory customer service position, already sporting a wealth of experience in a similar role. “Before joining Senator, I was a guest service manager for a national hotel chain. This was a great experience, especially because it gave me an opportunity to meet a few celebrities at the hotel!

“Now, I’m looking forward to the new challenges and opportunities here at Senator,” she elaborated. Emma will be in charge of assisting customers with quotations, order tracking, product advice and purchase orders.

The marketing team has welcomed Cloe as their new samples administrator, bringing with her great problem solving and customer service skills. Notably, Cloe also studied at the British Academy of New Music. On her new role, she said: “I cannot describe how welcoming Senator has been; they are very driven by investing in employee development and I’m very grateful to be part of the Senator family.”
