BDA acquires Dukes of London

As anticipated, Bensussen Deutsch & Associates (BDA) have officially announced that it has completed the acquisition of Top 10 UK-based Dukes of London (Dukes) out of administration.

“It is an exciting time at BDA as we continue to execute our strategy to grow our global platform,” said Jay Deutsch, co-founder and CEO of BDA. “We are very happy to add the experienced team from Dukes to BDA UK. This combination will allow us to better serve existing and new enterprise clients through in-territory support and market-specific expertise throughout the UK and Europe.”

Through the acquisition, all Dukes employees will join the existing BDA UK team and will be integrated into BDA’s technology systems.

This is the second acquisition for BDA in as many months, as it continues to execute its targeted expansion strategy. The merchandise agency currently has offices in the UK, Manila, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and 32 locations in North America.
